BOOKING POLICY

By paying a booking fee, you are affirming that you have agreed that booking fee and remaining payment due are for the TIME SLOT you have booked. Purchasing a time slot, regardless of services rendered are sole responsibility of the client to attend at the time they have chosen, and not appearing for said time slot still leaves the client responsible for balance of time they reserved and agreed to purchase. 

  • Booking fees are non-refundable. They may be used however to reschedule up to (1) time within 30 days of original date booked. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged accordingly.

  • Respectfully, we request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that without notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time with clients who are waiting to book.
    -This also applies to changes to your service. If you downgrade a service outside of the rescheduling time frame, you are still responsible for the cost of the service you booked.

  • After {5 minutes for brow appointments} {10 minutes for lash appointments} your appointment is considered a “no show” and will be charged accordingly. However, if you are late and it causes a portion of your service to be cancelled- you are still responsible for the FULL AMOUNT of the service price at time of booking. Venus Room is not responsible for traffic or accidents causing delays, parking, bus or train schedules, etc.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the price of the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations made with less than 4 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the price of the scheduled service.

  • “No shows” will be charged for 100% of the scheduled service. Thank you for understanding!

    **All charges will have the added fee of NYC Sales Tax (4.5%), and credit card processing fees (3.5% + $0.15) added to their balance.
