Pre-Appointment Instructions
-
Hands Off: Avoid touching or rubbing your lashes during the first 24-48 hours. The tint and lift products need time to set properly.
Avoid Moisture: Keep your lashes dry for the first 24-48 hours after the treatment. This means no washing your face, swimming, or engaging in activities that could make your lashes wet during this period.
Skip Eye Makeup: Refrain from applying eye makeup, including mascara and eyeliner, for the first 24-48 hours after the treatment. Eye makeup can interfere with the tint and lift products.
No Saunas or Steam Rooms: Avoid saunas, steam rooms, or any activity that exposes your lashes to excessive heat or steam during the initial 24-48 hours.
-
Gentle Cleansing: After the initial 24-48 hours, you can resume your regular facial cleansing routine. Use a mild, sulfate-free cleanser to clean your face and lashes gently.
Brush Your Lashes: Use a clean mascara wand or a lash comb to gently brush through your lashes daily. This helps maintain the lift and separates the lashes.
Avoid Waterproof Mascara: If you choose to wear mascara, opt for a non-waterproof, oil-free mascara. Waterproof mascara can be difficult to remove and may weaken the tint and lift.
Be Cautious with Oil-Based Products: Avoid using oil-based makeup removers or skincare products around the eye area, as they can break down the tint and lift faster. Choose oil-free options.
No Eyelash Curlers: Avoid using eyelash curlers, as they are unnecessary and may damage the lift.
Limit Sun Exposure: Protect your lashes from direct sunlight and tanning beds, as UV rays can cause the tint to fade. Consider wearing sunglasses when outdoors.
